estate services allow a client to list their home for sale,
have up to $500 worth of FREE repairs or improvements
performed on it, find a new house through any of our real
estate agents using buyer agency, obtain a low interest rate
mortgage for a new home, store household goods in storage
units if needed to declutter their current home, and use for free
our 13 x 6' enclosed trailer when they move. Some of
our services are discounted for clients and many are even

the market, 360 degree virtual tours, and helpful
information relative to real estate. The Absolute Companies
are also involved with buying and renovating real estate as
well as preserving historic buildings. Our licensed

Mortgage Originator, GSF
Mortgage Corporation
Michael currently serves
as a mortgage originator for GSF Mortgage Corporation, Beaver
Dam. In this role, Michael educates customers about expansive
product offerings available through GSF Mortgage and provides a
professional recommendation on what loan product best suits the
client’s needs.
Michael has been a mortgage originator
since 1988 with renowned companies such as, Universal Mortgage,
Norwest Mortgage and his own mortgage company, Absolute
Financial. Michael has been a real estate broker since 2004 with
his own company, Absolute Home LLC. He is also an owner and
operator of 120 self-storage units, and numerous rental
properties.
Outside of GSF Mortgage, Michael currently
serves as vice president of Downtown Beaver Dam, Inc. – a
non-profit organization designed to promote and redevelop
downtown Beaver Dam. He also serves as the chairperson of the
City of Beaver Dam Landmark Commission and is a member of the
Town of Beaver Dam Planning Commission.
Michael has been married to Stephanie for 15 years, and they
have two children. |

Barbara Ellefson

Barbara Field Ellefson joined Absolute
Home in 2004 as the broker and home coordinator of real estate
sales. Barbara has had years of real estate experience. A native of
Beaver Dam, Barbara graduated from the University of Wisconsin and
holds a Broker's license as well as GRI (Graduate Realtor's
Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. |
